SmartCat Multi-Level Cat Climber
by furniture on Feb.27, 2011, under Pet Furniture
Why didn’t someone think of this sooner? Designed to hang on any standard door in your home, the Cat Climber from SmartCat is the perfect choice for smaller homes or people who don’t want to swap an end table for a traditional cat tree. Now your cat can scratch, play, sleep, and exercise safely on this patented product. The climber is easily moved from door to door because of its spring loaded bracket system. The natural sisal post is ideal for scratching. Made of durable wood, the climber will withstand years of use. I have three in my house, one for each cat, says designer Angela Moser. Our cats love it when we move them around the house, it’s like a new adventure for them.

Cat Tree in Grey Faux Fur by Go Pet Club
by furniture on Dec.23, 2010, under Pet Furniture
This is handsome and looks great in my LR. I like it, but I do have reservations. This is my “additional” cat tree. My primary cat tree was moved to the kitchen area so that my cat could look at the birds in the garden. My cat is interested in the new Cat tree and he has climbed it a bit and scratched on it alot. My cat is a BIG boy–the platforms are a bit small for him. He hasnt managed the “turret” on the top—it isnt cut as low for entry as the photo led me to believe.
My cat, Cody, would like to climb into the top turret but hasnt figured out how to do it yet. {The best way would be to jump from the top of the TV but I am not going to suggest that!} I think smaller very athletic cats could manage it fine.
